SUPPLY

Under senior pre-1914 appropriative water rights on the Sacramento River, ACID is entitled to 125,000 acre-feet of water per year between April 1 and October 31.  Click here for elevation, storage and flow information for Shasta Dam and the Sacramento River.

CONTRACT

ACID is one of nine Sacramento River Settlement Contractors that divert water from the river under an agreement with the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. The SRSC works collaboratively across the watershed to enhance the sustainability of resources for all users while maintaining water rights for their members.
